New characters and story arcs for "Tōgen Anki: Nerima-hen" (Peach Blossom Hell: Nerima Arc) announced

The production of a second story arc of the anime television series "Tōgen Anki" (English: Peach Blossom Hell) titled "Nerima-hen" (English: Nerima Arc) has been confirmed. This new part brings several additional characters and their voice actors with it.

Among the newly added voice cast are Tomoaki Maeno as Masumi Yokogawa, Haruki Ishiya as Toka Namiki and Chiharu Sawashiro as Shin'ya Momogawa. Likewise, Shun'ichi Toki as Kamon Tōdera, Shintarō Asanuma as Getsuei Momoka and Yūki Ono as Sakusuke Momozono were announced for the voicing of further characters.

A new key visual as well as a promotional video were released. The visual shows the protagonists Shiki Ichinose and Kamon Tōdera with intense expressions. The video provides insights into the new characters of the story groups "Oni Kikan" and "Momotarō Kikan".

For the musical accompaniment, the opening theme "Amidakuji" by Chōgakusei as well as the ending theme "ACTION" by eill were selected. Both pieces can also be heard in the newly released video.

The story of the series is based on the work of Yūra Urushibara and revolves around the conflict between the descendants of demons and those of the Peach Boy Momotarō, who are connected in various organizations.
