New details about the anime series Princession Orchestra: third trailer, extended cast ensemble and event planning

For the upcoming original production Princession Orchestra, extensive updates were presented at the AnimeJapan 2025 convention. The third trailer now offers glimpses into action-packed scenes, including the transformation sequences of the three titular princesses as well as confrontations with mysterious creatures called Jamalocks. At the same time, four new characters were revealed along with their voice actors: Sora no Seishirō (voiced by Hino Satoshi), Yōko (Nanjō Yoshino), her son Riku (Wakai Yūki), and Hinoshita Natsu (Aimura Hikaru), a close confidante of the protagonist Minamo.

The plot of the series, produced by King Records, Aria Entertainment, and Takara Tomy, is set in the fantasy realm of Alicepia. It focuses on the musically gifted princesses, who use their singing powers—channeled through the energy Mewcheecolor—to fight against dark threats. The trailer emphasizes this with the opening theme Zettai Utahime Sengen! and the ending song Kimi to Tsunagu Orchestra, performed by the fictional group Orchelia.

Before the series premiere on March 30, six regional broadcasters will air a special in which the voice actresses Aoi Azusa, Fujimoto Yuri, and Tachibana Ansaki explain the world’s lore and key moments. Additionally, a live event is planned for August 3 in Tokyo, featuring the main cast members as well as mascots of the princesses.

The series combines magical girl elements with musical performances and is aimed at audiences who appreciate lavish fantasy productions. Further details about the story and international release will follow.
