The fantasy novel adaptation Silent Witch: The Secret Work of the Silent Witch (jap. Silent Witch: Chinmoku no Majo no Kakushigoto) begins on July 4, 2024, on TOKYO MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11, followed by Yomiuri TV and TV Aichi starting July 7. A second trailer, a new key visual, and additional cast info have been released.

The series follows Monica Everett, a talented but extremely shy magician who infiltrates the Selerendia Academy under the guise of a student to protect Prince Felix, who is threatened by assassination. The key visual shows Monica in front of the academy building, surrounded by shadows of the legendary Seven Sages – including the silhouette of the Silent Witch. Beside her stand allies like Felix and the strict Isabel.

New cast members

- Hina Naota (known from My Dress-Up Darling) plays Casey Grove, a lively noblewoman with a talent for horseback riding and animal care.
- Shun’ichi Toki takes on the role of a mysterious, yet unnamed character who may influence Monica’s mission.

The band Hitsujibungaku (Sheep Literature) performs both the opening and ending songs. The ED title mild days is already heard in the second trailer and will be available on streaming platforms from May 14.
