New details about the second season of the anime series "The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent" revealed

Kadokawa has unveiled more content for the highly anticipated second season of the anime series "The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent," based on the written works by Yuka Tachibana and Yasuyuki Syuri. The recently released promotional video offers viewers a brief glimpse of Aina Suzuki's closing theme song titled "Lilac Melody."



Ahead of the series' premiere on October 3, snippets featuring the voices of the main characters will be shared on the show's social media channels.

While many of the main cast members from the first season are reprising their roles, the lineup is being expanded with new faces: Ryota Ohsaka will portray Oscar Dunkel, Chiaki Kobayashi takes on the role of Tenyū, and Shinichiro Miki will play Seiran. Behind-the-scenes changes include Scott MacDonald as Art Director and Katsuhiro Kawano handling the musical elements. Aira Yūki returns, this time lending her voice to the opening theme "Semisweet Afternoon."

The story continues to follow the journey of Sei, a young adult who is suddenly torn from her office job and thrust into a mystical realm. Originally summoned as the "Saint" to repel malevolent magic, she now must share the spotlight with another summoned individual. Preferring not to sulk, Sei decides to carve out her own niche in this fantastical setting by using her magical abilities to craft potions and beauty products. However, the looming question of her supposed sainthood may disrupt her newfound peace.
