Bandai Namco Filmworks unveiled a completely new Gundam animated series at San Diego Comic-Con 2026: 'Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-ZERO' (pronounced Alex Zero). The anime starts in 2027 and is directed and series-composed by Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex).
