Hobby Japan announced that an anime adaptation of MINE's [New Life+] Young Again in Another World (Nidome no Jinsei o Isekai de) light novel has been confirmed for an October premiere. Hobby Japan opened a website and a Twitter account for the anime.

The story is described as follows:

When death tapped Renya Kunugi on the shoulder, he smiled and went willingly. After a beautiful, long life of 94 years, he looked forward to closing his eyes for the last time. He was understandably upset when he woke up again in an empty space, with no memories, and a young girl in a tunic who kept talking about how she was a god.

Even though the story seemed unbelievable, it turned out the girl really was a god. She desperately needed someone to do something about interdimensional resource smuggling, and Renya fit the bill. His mission: cross the boundary into another world, then chill for a few decades. The god would handle the rest, so to speak. To sweeten the deal, she offered him a brand-new young body and a whole list of ridiculously powerful abilities. Yet Renya remained hesitant. After further persuasion, the deal was sealed. The next thing he knew, he was standing in a foreign land, younger, stronger, and more clueless than ever before. Will he survive this world? And more importantly, will the world survive him?
