The 35th theatrical film of the popular Precure series bears the official title 'Eiga Meitantei Precure! Fushigi na Niwa to Futari no Himitsu' (in German: 'The Fantastic Garden and the Secrets of the Two') and will premiere in Japan on September 18, 2026. Coinciding with the announcement, the main visual was released, which not only shows the heroines of the current series 'Meitantei Precure!' but also the teams from the two previous seasons 'Kimi to Idol Precure♪' and 'Wonderful Precure!' – a long-awaited dream encounter for fans.

The film's plot revolves around the mysterious 'Batsu-in' incident: crosses appear all over the city, rendering objects immobile or unusable. The detectives Anna Akechi (voiced by Hikari Senga) and Mikuru Kobayashi (Kaede Hondo) begin their investigation. Suddenly, the fairy client Rain appears and asks them to protect a girl named Karin from the 'Dame-Dame' creatures. He leads the group into the dreamlike 'Karin Garden', where they meet Karin and her protector, the fairy Alan. But the peace doesn't last long – the Dame-Dame appear here as well. Together with the guest appearances of the Idol Precures and the Wonderful Precures, the detectives must unravel the garden's secret.

In addition to the main characters, the main visual also shows Cure Éclair and Cure Arcana Shadow, who have remained mysterious in the TV series so far, as well as the fairies Potitan, Jet-senpai, Mashutan, and Shushutan. The film's original characters Karin, Alan, and Rain are shown for the first time. The film is directed by Hanako Ueda, with a screenplay by Yoshimi Narita. Character design and overall animation direction are handled by Emiko Miyamoto, who previously worked on 'Maho Girls Precure!'. The music is composed by Erika Fukasawa and Misaki Mase.

A special highlight for young viewers: As an entry gift, children up to middle school age will receive the 'Potitan Miracle Light' – a glow stick that also plays an important role in the film and makes a comeback three years after the 'Precure All Stars F' film (2023). The magic lantern is limited in quantity.

Starting June 26, advance tickets with an exclusive 'Kirakira Hanamaru' sticker will be available at box offices. Simultaneously, four different character design tickets will go on sale online and at 'Precure Pretty Stores'. Also starting June 26 is the 'Tanpri☆Drawing Contest', where participants can win attractive prizes. Further details can be found on the special website, which will be activated on the same date.

With an experienced team and a moving storyline, the new film promises an exciting cinematic experience for the whole family – a successful blend of detective work, fantasy, and the unmistakable Precure charm.
