The production of another season of the animated series Kumaaba has been confirmed. Alongside the announcement of the third season, initial visual impressions and details about the production team have been released.

A notable change concerns the visual implementation. The series, which is based on a YouTube channel of the same name, is switching from 3D to fully two-dimensional animation for the new season.

The story leads the characters to Toy Toy Land, a city built entirely from toys. There, they are invited to a recording. The peaceful visit takes a turn when the character Bagurin takes control of the central, robot-shaped toy factory computer, thereby causing extensive disorder.

Direction for the new season will be handled by Hino Tommy. Series composition and the script are the responsibility of Mizuno Takashi. The animation is produced by Akatsuki Media Studio.

The German titles for the voice actors of the main characters are cast as follows:

- Kumaaba: Fairouz Ai

- Taburisu: Sato Mai

- Nekorun: Inoue Honoka

- Bagurin: Picchorii-na

With the switch to 2D animation and a new storyline in a toy world, the third season of Kumaaba sets fresh accents. Further information regarding the release of the series is expected to be announced at a later date.
