New promo video for anime film "Sukidemo Kiraina Amanojaku" revealed

Studio Colorido unveiled a promo video for the upcoming anime film "Sukidemo Kiraina Amanojaku" ("Liking You, Hating You, Contrarian") featuring music by Zutomayo. The film, which is marked by inner conflicts and raw emotions, includes songs by Zutomayo, such as the track "Uso Janai" ("Not a Lie").

The collaborative work features scenes from the film showcasing the characters Hiiragi and Tsumugi on their journey, capturing moments where their "contradictory feelings" boil over. Tomotaka Shibayama, the film's director, and the studio group OUTLINE from Twin Engine played key roles in the production of the video. Under the direction of Yuuki Igarashi, the main creator of OUTLINE, and with support from Huang Jie, the video offers a glimpse into the anime's emotional story.

"Sukidemo Kiraina Amanojaku" is a youth fantasy that begins with the meeting of Hiiragi, a boy who can't say no out of fear of not being liked, and Tsumugi, a demon girl who believes she can express his true feelings. The latest project from Studio Colorido will be available worldwide exclusively on Netflix starting May 24.
