New promotional video and additional cast revealed for "My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer."

The team behind the anime adaptation of the light novel series "My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer" by MOJIKAKIYA has released new promotional content. The second promotional video featuring the opening theme "Sen" (Flash of Light) by Yoshino Nanjō has been unveiled. Additionally, new cast members have been announced, and the series is set to hold an early premiere on September 28, followed by its official premiere on October 5.



The new additions to the cast include:

- Tomokazu Sugita as Lionel

- Tetsu Inada as Cheborg

- Yousuke Akimoto as Dortos

- Hitomi Nabatame as Maria

They join the previously announced cast members:

- Saori Hayami as Angeline

- Junichi Suwabe as Belgrieve

- Maki Kawase as Anessa

- Rumi Okubo as Miriam

- Marina Inoue as Helvetica Bordeaux

- Saku Mizuno as Sasha Bordeaux

- Kana Ichinose as Seren Bordeaux

- Kanon Takao as Charlotte

- Kazuki Ura as Byaku

The anime, directed by Naoki Murata with Takeshi Mori serving as chief director, features character designs and chief animation direction by Jun Shibata. Yūichirō Momose has been tasked with overseeing the series' scripts. The ending theme, "Homeward Journey," is performed by Nagi Yanagi.

The story follows Belgrieve, an adventurer whose career comes to an abrupt end due to a life-altering injury, as he discovers an abandoned little girl while searching for herbs. He names her Angeline and raises her as his own child. As an adult, Angeline becomes a high-ranking S-Rank adventurer, but despite her achievements, she longs for one thing—reuniting with her father.
