For the upcoming anime series "Yoroi Shin-den Samurai Troopers" (English title: Samurai Troopers: The Legendary Armor), a second extensive main promotional video has been released. Simultaneously, the names of five more voice actors who will take on important roles in the series have been announced.

The newly introduced video is set to the series' ending song. The title "POWER" is performed by the group ONE OR EIGHT. The images show intense battle scenes between the titular Samurai Troopers and the enemy "Yōja" demons, with the focus on the conflicts and the determination of the heroes.

The newly announced voice actors all portray members of the "Ten Brave Warriors" (Jūyūshi), who serve the Demon Emperor Raja. They are the so-called "Family Name Group".

- Nezu is voiced by Kenichi Suzumura. The character is a warrior who masters countless kunai daggers and executes precise attacks with a technique that immobilizes opponents. Since his technique heavily strains his eyes, he normally keeps them closed.

- Anayama receives his voice from Chiharu Sawashiro. This warrior can transfer his soul into other living beings and take on their form. In battle, he wields a spear with great destructive power.

- Unno is voiced by Ryota Takeuchi. His ability allows him to control animals with demonic power. He fights with a crossbow that has a sword integrated into it.

- Kakei is portrayed by Daichi Endo. He is capable of creating powerful barriers and is a master in handling firearms, of which he carries numerous hidden in his armor.

- Mochizuki is finally voiced by Toshiki Kumagai. This rather timid character wears a large armor that is equipped with countless bombs, which he can use for indiscriminate bombardments from the air.

"Yoroi Shin-den Samurai Troopers" is a completely new story and official continuation of the classic anime series "Yoroi-den Samurai Troopers" from the years 1988-1989. The story takes place in modern Tokyo, specifically in the Shinjuku district. When the centuries-old seal of the demon world breaks, an invasion begins. Five young warriors, the "Samurai Troopers", rise up to defend humanity.

The production unites experienced talents. The direction is by Yōichi Fujita (known for "Gintama"), and the animation studio is Sunrise. The series is expected to start in January 2026.
