New promotional videos and theme song for "Dandadan" season 2

For the second season of the anime series „Dandadan“, based on Yukinobu Tatsu’s successful original work, two thematic promotional videos have now been released. The new clips focus on different themes: While one is dedicated to the topics „friendship and love“, the other concentrates on „supernatural and action“. At the same time, the new ending was also announced: The musician WurtS contributes the title song for the ending with the track „Dōkashiteru“ (translated roughly as „Total Madness“).

The friendship and love clip primarily highlights the slow approach between Momo and Okarun as well as everyday scenes of the four-member main group, which also includes Aira and Jiji. These atmospheric moments are underscored musically by the ending song. In contrast, the action and supernatural clip presents the exciting battles of the main characters against mysterious opponents. Shown, among other things, are Okarun’s bizarre confrontation with the so-called „Boxershorts Man“ as well as Momo’s encounter with the powerful Kito Naki. These scenes are accompanied by the opening theme „Kakumei Dōchū“ by AiNA THE END.

WurtS himself describes the ending as an energetic song that aims to capture the excitement and nervous heartbeat of the characters. In a statement, he explained: „In a crazy world full of inexplicable beings, we wanted to express feelings—awkward, longing, entangled in misunderstandings... This melody unites all these emotions.“

The second season of „Dandadan“ starts on July 3 and promises once again a mix of tension, humor, and emotional moments.
