New "Samurai Trooper" PVs Focus on the Bonds Between Gai and Kajito, Musashi and Yamato, and Shion and Ryusei

Three new promotional videos have been released for the currently airing TV anime series "Yoroiden Samurai Trooper" (German: roughly "Legend of the Armored Samurai Warriors"). The clips each focus on the relationships and bonds between two of the main characters.

The videos, edited together from scenes of the series, show in the case of "Gai & Kajito" how Gai, who grew up in the world of the Yōjaka demons, gradually learns human emotions while fighting alongside the other Samurai Troopers and eventually befriends his former rival Kajito. The "Musashi & Yamato" version contains scenes that emphasize the brotherly bond between the two, who grew up together in an orphanage. In "Shion & Ryusei," the moment is shown when Ryusei entrusts the Samurai armor to Shion and disappears himself.

The first broadcast season (cours) of the anime series, which has been airing since January 2026, consists of two episodes. Shortly before the finale, preview stills for the eleventh episode were also released. Furthermore, the cover and a digipak designed exclusively for the first pressing of the second Blu-ray box have been revealed, both of which will be released on May 27.
