On June 30, 2026, the TV anime adaptation of the light novel series "Mujikaku Seijo wa Kyou mo Muishiki ni Chikara wo Tare Nagasu" (English title: The Oblivious Saint Can’t Contain Her Power) will premiere on AT-X. Other broadcasters such as TOKYO MX, BS11, Tochigi TV, and Gunma TV will follow in July. To coincide with the start, the first scene images of the first episode as well as the third situational visual have been released.
The new visual shows the supporting characters Theodore and Marissa in an autumn garden. Around them bloom cosmos flowers, whose flower language stands for "grace" – the illustration emphasizes the elegant and beautiful atmosphere of the scene and hints at the developing relationship between the two.
At the same time, the production team announced five additional voice actors: Mitsuru Miyamoto lends his voice to Raymond, Kohsuke Toriumi plays Nathan, Hana Tamegai takes on the role of Iris, Hiroki Tochi embodies Eric, and Sayaka Ohara voices Vanessa.
The first episode is titled "The Failure of the Sanchez House" (»Sanchez公爵家の出来損ない«) and introduces the plot: Carolina, the second daughter of the influential Duke Sanchez, is considered talentless compared to her older sister Flora. To improve relations with the neighboring kingdom, she is married off to the second prince Edward – a man notorious for being brutal and ruthless. However, the political marriage turns out to be a turning point in Carolina's life, as she discovers unexpected powers and gains new self-confidence.
The series is produced by the studios Magic Bus and Picante Circus. Directed by Mitsutaka Noshitani (The Strongest Tank’s Labyrinth Raids), series composition by Touko Machida, character design by Taihei Nagai, and music composed by SUPA LOVE. The opening theme "Windmaker" is sung by Kaya, while the ending theme "Unknown Me" is performed by Utahime Dream All Stars.
The first episode will air on AT-X starting June 30 and will be available simultaneously on streaming platforms dAnime Store, U-NEXT, and ABEMA one week before the terrestrial broadcast. On July 2, a special program featuring the main voice actors Rie Takahashi (Carolina), Makoto Furukawa (Edward), and Haruka Shiraishi (Flora) is planned on AT-X, BS11, and YouTube.
Additionally, a giveaway will start on the anime's official X account, where a script of the first episode signed by Rie Takahashi will be raffled off.
The original light novel series by Almond and Yoshiro Ambe has reached a total circulation of over 1.8 million copies. The anime will be streamed internationally on platforms including Crunchyroll.
