The third season has been announced for the popular anime series "Oshi no Ko". In conjunction with this, first visual and musical previews have been released.

The series is produced based on the manga by Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari. The plot follows the twin siblings Aqua and Ruby as they enter the entertainment industry to unravel the mysterious disappearance of their mother, the idol Ai Hoshino.

An official main visual was presented to announce the new season. It shows the main characters Aqua, Ruby, Kurokawa Akane, Arima Kana, and MEM-cho, with the silhouette of Ai Hoshino visible in the background.

Furthermore, the first promotional video has been released, containing scenes from the upcoming season. Revised character visuals for the six main characters Ai, Aqua, Ruby, Arima Kana, Kurokawa Akane, and MEM-cho were also presented.

The underlying manga series has achieved a worldwide total circulation of over 25 million copies. The plot of the new season begins half a year after the events of the second season and shows the characters on their continued path in the entertainment industry.
