The upcoming television series "Twentieth Century Electrical Directory – Eureka Eureka" by Kyoto Animation will be available worldwide exclusively on Netflix starting in July. Visual material for the worldwide release and a statement from director Minoru Ota have been released. The announcement was made as part of the "Next on Netflix 2026" presentation. Director Ota highlighted the artistic backgrounds as a key feature of the production and pointed out that there was a conscious effort to enhance their presence alongside the characters. The story is set in an alternate version of early 20th century Kyoto where steam technology is dominant. It is about a boy mourning the loss of his brother and a pious girl living with regret over her mother, whose paths cross due to a secret related to the "Twentieth Century Electrical Directory". The series composition is by Tatsuhiko Urahata, the character design and chief animation direction by Kohei Okamura. Yuma Uchida voices Sakamoto Kihachi and Sora Amamiya voices Momokawa Inako.
