In the current 45th issue of the Morning Magazine by Kodansha, a new series by Naoki Urasawa was announced. The series is set to start in the next issue, which will be available in stores from October 16. The series will be titled Billy Bat. Naoki Urasawa became known for his manga Monster, 20th Century Boys, and Pluto. Until now, all major series by Naoki Urasawa were published by Shogakukan. 20th Century Boys is currently being released by Planet Manga. Monster was published by EMA. The rights to Pluto were briefly held by EMA as well. However, as of now, Pluto will no longer be published by EMA.
