New trailer and music details for the anime series "Osananajimi to wa Rabukome ni Naranai / My Childhood Friend Won't Let Me Fall in Love"

A second main trailer has been released for the upcoming anime adaptation of the series "Osananajimi to wa Rabukome ni Naranai". The series is based on the manga series of the same name by Shinya Mitsu.

The story is a romantic comedy centering on high school student Kai Senonosuke. He is confronted with the feelings of several of his childhood friends, all of whom have difficulty expressing their emotions openly. The new trailer shows moments where the seemingly static relationships between the characters gradually begin to change.

The series is scheduled to premiere in January 2026.

The trailer also reveals the series' theme song. The opening song titled "Airabyu♡" has been newly composed by the group HoneyWorks. The vocals are performed by the voice actresses of the four main characters: Rin Hisumi (voiced by Misaki Mizumo), Yū Serizawa (voiced by Tō Hiwei), Sae Hiratsuka (voiced by Runa Tsukimi), and Yūki Yamamoto (voiced by Haru Hyūga).
