New Trailer for "Dorohedoro Season 2": Additional Voice Actors and Preview Event Announced

A new trailer has been released for the second season of the anime adaptation of Q Hayashida's manga "Dorohedoro". It offers another glimpse into the chaotic world of Caiman and Nikaido and shows first scenes with new characters who will play a role in the upcoming season.

As revealed in a recent press release, the voice actor cast for the members of the mysterious organization "Cross-Eyes" (Jūjime) has been announced. Accordingly, Kōki Uchiyama will lend his voice to the character Dokuga, while Daiki Hamano will be heard as Tetsujō. Other new faces behind the microphones are Yūichi Koshimura as Saji, Katsuhito Nomura as Ton, Atsushi Imaruoka as Ushishimada, and Sara Matsumoto as Natsuki.

The music for the second season will once again be produced by the creative group (K)NoW_NAME. The opening song is titled "Zettai MUST Danmen", and the end of the episodes will be underscored by "Return to Head". The group, which was already responsible for the soundtrack of the first season, expressed in a statement their delight at returning to the world of "Dorohedoro" and promised to capture the chaos-filled atmosphere of the series musically.

Fans also have the opportunity to get an exclusive preview before the official start of the season. On March 22, 2026, a preview event will take place at the TOHO Cinemas Hibiya in Tokyo, where the first three episodes will be shown. On site, voice actors Wataru Takagi (Caiman) and Reina Kondō (Nikaido) as well as the newcomers Kōki Uchiyama (Dokuga) and Daiki Hamano (Tetsujō) are expected to participate in a talk session. The event will be broadcast live to selected cinemas in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya. As a special thank you, all preview participants will receive an exclusive bath additive powder, inspired by the magical abilities of the character Noi.

In the provided comments, the voice actors expressed their enthusiasm for their roles. For example, Daiki Hamano described his character Tetsujō as a surprisingly sensible person in a world where common sense often plays no role. Yūichi Koshimura, the voice of Saji, drew an amusing comparison: for him, "Dorohedoro" is like a gyōza – a dish made from many different ingredients that together make a great whole.

The second season of "Dorohedoro" will be streamed almost simultaneously worldwide on various platforms starting April 1, 2026. The premiere broadcast in Japan will air every Wednesday at 11:00 PM. The first season of the series, produced by Studio MAPPA, was available on Netflix among other platforms starting in 2020.
