The official Twitter account for the two-part anime film "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos the Movie" recently shared a new video previewing the insert song "Nagareboshi e" by Three Lights. The film project adapts the final "Shadow Galactica" arc of Naoko Takeuchi's original Sailor Moon manga.

The film's cast includes Saori Hayami, Marina Inoue, and Ayane Sakura as Taiki Kō/Sailor Star Maker, Seiya Kō/Sailor Star Fighter, and Yaten Kō/Sailor Star Healer, respectively. The character Princess Kakyū is voiced by Nana Mizuki, while Megumi Hayashibara lends her voice to Sailor Galaxia. Kotono Mitsuishi, also known for voicing Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon, returns to her role as Chibi Chibi.

The first part of the two-part film premiered on June 9, and the second part will hit theaters on June 30. Tomoya Takahashi directs at Toei Animation, with scripts by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu. The original Sailor Moon anime character designer, Kazuko Tadano, continues her role for these films, and the music was composed by Yasuharu Takanashi. Daoko performs the theme song "Tsuki no Hana" (Moon Flower).

The two-part anime film project "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal The Movie" has been streaming worldwide on Netflix since June 3. This project replaces a fourth season of "Sailor Moon Crystal," which would have covered the "Dead Moon" arc of the original manga.
