New Voice Actresses Announced for "Sekai Saikyou no Majo, Hajimemashita"

Two additional voices have been added to the TV series "Sekai Saikyou no Majo, Hajimemashita" (The Strongest Witch in the World, Here I Go). As announced by the producers on June 26, 2026, Fairouz Ai will take on the role of Elimina Manaflame, while Honoka Inoue will voice the Elf Princess Erna. A new character promotional video has been released, showcasing the three main characters—including the previously announced protagonist Lorna Hermit (voiced by Azusa Tachibana).

Elimina, the 'Burning Witch,' is the master of the Adventurer's Guild. She is considered elitist, but her facade crumbles as soon as she encounters Lorna's overwhelming magic. Fairouz Ai, known for "Chainsaw Man" and "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean," describes her role as emotionally highly versatile. "Especially the comedic misunderstandings with Lorna are a must," says the voice actress. Erna, on the other hand, is an Elf Princess who cares for her sick mother and reveres Lorna as a 'savior'—complete with serious use of internet slang. Honoka Inoue, most recently heard in "Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku," is delighted to reprise the role after the audition: "I want to convey Erna's sparkling moments and her sensitive nature directly to the audience."

The video offers glimpses into Lorna's carefree to chaotic adventures: from being cast out of her parental home (which she joyfully accepts) to using her cheat skill 'Internet'—with which she can access the secret complete walkthrough of this fantasy world—to the surprised reactions of her new companions. The series is based on the light novel series of the same name by Mochimaru Sakaki (text) and rirrito (illustrations), which has been published by Square Enix since December 2022. A manga adaptation by Tamaki Toga has been running since 2023 at Kodansha. The animation is handled by studios Bridge and Aisle; direction is by Joji Furuta ("Shaman King 2021," "The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments"), the series concept is by Shoji Yonemura, and character designs are by Yuki Morimoto.

The first broadcast is planned for October 2026. An English-language license for the light novels is held by Yen Press. Further details about the upcoming episodes are expected in the coming months.
