Noto Peninsula Earthquake Relief Project: Two Animated Short Films Released

Two animated short films have been released on the video platform YouTube, produced as part of a relief project for the Noto Peninsula. The initiative is titled "Noto Peninsula Earthquake Recovery Support Animation Project".

The production consists of the two parts "Wajima-hen" and "Nanao-hen". In terms of content, they deal with the reconstruction of the region after the earthquake at the beginning of 2024.

The voice actresses Reina Ueda, Marika Kōno, and Mamiko Noto were secured for the dubbing of the characters. The original character designs are by Fly, while the animation work was carried out by the studios ROLL2 and EVOLROAR. The catchy song "Peridot" by the band nano.RIPE can be heard in the films.

The company Infinite is responsible for planning and production. The revenue generated by the video releases benefits the reconstruction. Donations will be made in June and December of the year.
