'Oblivion Battery' Unveils Character Trailer Featuring Second Baseman Chihaya Shunpei

For the TV anime "Oblivion Battery," based on the work by Mikawa Eiko, a new character trailer has been released, focusing on the character Chihaya Shunpei. The latest episode, voiced by Nobunaga Shimazaki, showcases Chihaya Shunpei, a second baseman known for his strategic playing style, which combines skillful bat control with speed to destroy bases during the game. Alongside the video footage, a new image of Chihaya in his uniform has also been released.

"Oblivion Battery" is scheduled to air starting in April. The story begins with the famous "Monster Battery" duo, Seifu Yurika and Kaname Kei, who receive offers from prestigious schools across the country but ultimately choose the lesser-known Tokyo Metropolitan Koteyashi High School.
