The episode begins with a heated battle on the third floor of a building consumed by fire. Amidst smoke and flames, two ninjas, including Raizo, continue their fight. Even though Raizo is engulfed in flames, he immobilizes his opponent with the Paralysis Jutsu. The opponent also falls victim to the flames. Meanwhile, Jimbei takes on the role of the savior, helping the samurai escape from the burning hallway.

The scene then shifts to the main hall, where Chopper's transformation, triggered by the new Rumble Balls, finally reverts to his normal form. However, he is worried about Zorro, who previously took Zou's medicine. Zorro, with his numerous injuries, fears the side effect of the drug: he suffers twice as much from his wounds. Since Zorro's injuries were already life-threatening, Chopper hopes he survives.

Outside Onigashima, Zorro is shown in a grim state, severely wounded and surrounded by an icy wind. The Grim Reaper appears, seemingly ready to take him. At the same time, Franky is searching for Zorro and fighting Kaido's crew members, who block his path.

An intermediate hallway becomes the next setting, where Izou is seen bravely fighting until only three enemies remain. Although injured by a knife, Izou remains undeterred and defeats his last opponents. He then proceeds to the second floor, revealing the extent of his injuries and the toll the battle has taken on him. Even though he admits to being careless and underestimating his enemies, he hopes for the safety of Kiku and Kinemon. Unexpectedly, he encounters the CP0 agents Guernica and Maha, who suggest ignoring each other to achieve their respective goals. However, Izou stands in their way.

The events then lead the viewers to the weapons and ammunition depot. Yamato and Kazenbo arrive at the scene. As Kazenbo reaches for the weapons, Yamato transforms into a hybrid form and freezes everything around them. Kazenbo then attempts to melt the ice, leading to a clash between the two. Yamato's ice attacks seem to affect the flame spirit, prompting Kazenbo to shift his target to Yamato.

The scene then shifts back to the main hall. Big Mom, riding Hera in the air, unleashes a series of lightning attacks on Kid and Law. They suffer significant damage, and the attempts of their crewmates to save them provoke Big Mom's wrath. Amidst the chaos, Chopper asks Tristan for help to heal Kid and Law, explaining that, as a doctor, it is his responsibility. Meanwhile, Big Mom expresses her intention to check on Kaido. As she tries to reach the rooftop, Law uses his K-Room ability to strike Big Mom and cause internal damage. At the same time, Kid uses his ability to create a gigantic iron bull, larger than Big Mom, and slams her into a wall. The two, Kid and Law, then vow to keep Big Mom away from the rooftop, even if it costs them their lives.
