Admiral Kizaru confronts Sentomaru on Egghead and overpowers him despite his legendary defense art. With Sentomaru's defeat, the Marines take control of the Pacifista and deploy them against the Sea-Beast Weapons. Kizaru breaches the Frontier Dome barrier and advances into the Labophase, where he encounters Luffy – a reunion with explosive potential after their last clash on Sabaody.

Meanwhile, Vegapunk and the Straw Hat crew work against the clock on their escape plan: The Vegaforce-01 is supposed to transport the Thousand Sunny over the Marine blockade, followed by the Coup de Burst. However, the deactivation of the barrier now also enables enemy attacks. In parallel, a flashback reveals Sentomaru's past as Kizaru's protégé and his connection to Vegapunk, deepening his current loyalty conflict.

On Mary Geoise, Kuma reaches his destination and encounters Akainu, while the Marines under St. Saturn prepare the destruction of Egghead. The episode ends with the escalation of the situation: Kizaru's presence directly threatens the Labophase, and the Straw Hats must accelerate their escape before the island is annihilated.
