St. Saturn, one of the Five Elders, encounters Egghead and unleashes chaos with his ominous presence: A pentagram appears in the sky, and all Pacifistas deactivate at his command, as his authority surpasses Vegapunk's. The Straw Hat crew and Vegapunk are now defenseless against the superior Marines.

While Luffy continues fighting Kizaru in Gear 5 but reaches his limits, Sanji and Franky rescue Bonney from the hands of Vice Admirals, who uses her age abilities to confuse Navy soldiers. Vegapunk confronts St. Saturn directly and reveals that he once ordered Kuma to sacrifice his free will.

Meanwhile, the crew desperately attempts to escape with the Thousand Sunny but is halted by Saturn's supernatural powers – his mere presence causes even the island clouds to destabilize. The episode ends with a dark cliffhanger as Saturn targets Bonney and Luffy collapses exhausted.
