Orient announces additional actors, a teaser video and the premiere in January 2022

A new promotional video for the project has been published on the official website of the anime adaptation of Orient. The announcement confirmed that the premiere will take place in January 2022 in Japan on the TV Tokyo and AT-X channels.

The new cast members of the series include Rie Takahashi as Tsugumi Hattori and Satoshi Hino as Naotora Takeda. Tetsuya Yanagisawa directs the series at the animation studio A.C.G.T., while Mariko Kunisawa is responsible for the series composition. Takahiro Kishida designs the characters, and Hideyuki Fukasawa composes the music.
The manga by Shinobu Ohtaka was published in May 2018 in Weekly Shounen Magazine and currently comprises 13 volumes.
