"Osananajimi to wa Rabukome ni Naranai" ("You Can't Make a Love Comedy with Childhood Friends"): New information released

Current details have been announced for the upcoming anime production "Osananajimi to wa Rabukome ni Naranai". The series, based on the original work by Shinya Mitsure, deals with the complex relationships between the protagonist and his long-time female friends.

It has been confirmed that Gaku Urao will play the role of Yonosuke Sakai. The character is at the center of the plot, which revolves around his emotional entanglements with the female characters.

A first key visual is now available. It shows Yonosuke together with the heroines Mizuho Shio, Hiatori, Tsukimi Runa and Hinata Haru. The slogan "Childhood friendship, that is the most difficult beginning of a love" accompanies the depiction.

Additionally, an official promotional video has been released, offering insights into the plot. The story portrays the protagonist's indecisive feelings, who wavers between affection and friendship.

The musical accompaniment is supplemented by the ending theme "Amanojaku" by singer Hikari Kotama. A portion of the song can be heard in the promotional video. Both Urao and Kotama have commented on their involvement in the project.
