In "Overlord IV" Episode 6, the story revolves around Ainz Ooal Gown's involvement in the conflict between the dwarves and the Quagoa.

The episode begins in Feo Jera, the city of the dwarves, which is on the verge of being attacked by the Quagoa. The dwarven military prepares to defend their city when they receive news of an undead visitor who wishes to discuss the Quagoa situation. The dwarven general, recognizing the urgency, meets with Ainz Ooal Gown without consulting the Regency Council. He quickly asks Ainz for support in the upcoming battle.

Ainz then summons two Death Knights to confront the Quagoa. The Quagoa, led by Lord Yohz, cut the ropes of a bridge over a chasm, resulting in the death of the Death Knights. Yohz, misinterpreting the situation as the dwarves controlling the golems, retreats with his surviving troops.

Ainz, noticing the loss of his Death Knights, mistakenly assumes that a powerful enemy, possibly another player, is responsible. The true cause, however, was simply gravity.

Subsequently, Ainz meets with the dwarven Regency Council, where he negotiates a deal. He offers to reclaim the dwarves' royal capital in exchange for establishing trade routes and securing all dwarven runesmiths for the Sorcerer Kingdom. Despite some hesitation and cultural misunderstandings, the council agrees to Ainz's terms.

Ainz then turns to the runesmiths and shows them a Twenty-Rune Sword, crafted by a former player, to inspire them to revive their craft. Gondo, a previously introduced dwarf, volunteers to guide Ainz, Shalltear, and Aura to the royal capital.

The group effortlessly traverses the three dangerous areas leading to the capital by using Ainz's mass flight spell and neutralizing a poisonous labyrinth with his protective magic.

The episode highlights Ainz's cautious approach to the situation, under the false impression that he is facing a formidable opponent. Nonetheless, it is expected that he will succeed in reclaiming the royal capital and possibly defeating the Frost Dragon.
