The official website of the Paradox Live franchise has announced that the anime adaptation Paradox Live The Animation will premiere in October 2023. The announcement was accompanied by the release of a new key visual for the series.

Paradox Live The Animation will feature a returning cast of voice actors, including Gakuto Kajiwara, Ayumu Murase, 96Neko, Ryōta Takeuchi, Yuu Hayashi, Natsuki Hanae, and many more. The anime is directed by Naoya Ando of PINE JAM, while Takayo Ikami oversees and writes the series' scripts, and Koji Haneda designs the characters.
The multimedia project, developed by Avex and GCREST, is set in the near future, where rappers wear accessories containing a metallic substance called Phantom Metal. This substance reacts with the rappers' DNA, allowing them to create illusions during their performances that are tied to their emotions, leading to a new form of spectacular concerts.
At the Paradox Live event held at Club Paradox, four hip-hop teams performed: BAE, The Cat's Whiskers, cozmez, and Akan Yatsura. Their battle inspired the legendary hip-hop team Buraikan to launch a new competition, Phantom Live, in which eight teams will participate.
