Paripi Koumei unveils supporting cast and first promo video

The first promotional video and additional cast members for the TV anime "Paripi Koumei" by Yuto Yotsuba and Ryo Ogawa have been released. The video announces the premiere on April 5 and also reveals the ending theme song "Kibun Jōjō ↑↑" ("I'm Super Pumped↑↑"), a cover of the 2006 song by Mihimaru GT, performed by Eiko Starring 96Neko.



The newly announced cast members include:

- Shōya Chiba as Kabe-Taito, a talented rapper struggling with past trauma

- Hibiku Yamamura as Nanami Kuon, Eiko's close friend and rival

- Jun Fukushima as Kobayashi, the owner of Club BB Lounge

Osamu Honma directs the anime at P.A. Works, while Youko Yonaiyama handles series composition. Kanami Sekiguchi designs the characters, and Genki Hikota composes the music.

Kodansha Comics publishes the manga in English and describes it as follows:

Kongming, a general of the Three Kingdoms, had fought his entire life, enduring countless battles that shaped him into the master tactician he became.
