Peach Boy Riverside Second Promotional Video Released

On the official website of the upcoming "Peach Boy Riverside" anime, the second promotional video has been released. It also features the anime's opening song titled "Dark Spiral Journey."



Shigeru Ueda (Fairy Tale Girl, Namu Amida Butsu! -Rendai Utena-) is directing the anime at Asahi Production, and Keiichirō Ōchi (Hinamatsuri, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Climax, The Quintessential Quintuplets) is overseeing the series' scripts. Satomi Kurita (Hina Logic - from Luck & Logic, Princess Connect! Re:Dive, Real Girl) and Masato Katou are designing the characters. Takaaki Nakahashi (Mannaka no Rikkun) is composing the music.

The story:

Saltherine Aldarake, princess of the Kingdom of Aldarake, dreams of traveling the world—a dangerous dream in a land where monsters roam freely and humans live behind high, sturdy walls. But when a chance encounter with the traveler Mikoto gives her hope, it is soon shattered, as he turns out to be none other than Momotaro, the ruthless demon slayer.

Though horrified by the blood Momotaro leaves in his wake, Saltherine is more convinced than ever that she must see the world beyond her walls and sets out... following in the footsteps of the mysterious, charismatic, terrifying boy she met that day...
