Premiere of the anime “Delusional Monthly Magazine” announced

The TV anime "Delusional Monthly Magazine" starring Rie Kugimiya and Tomokazu Sugita will premiere on January 11, 2024. The series has now released its second promotional video, exciting fans.

The cast includes six talented voice actors. Rie Kugimiya voices the mysterious and beautiful editor-in-chief Catherine of the science magazine "Monthly Mo-Thought Science." Tomokazu Sugita plays Edward, the vice president of the mysterious White Pegasus Corporation. Anan Furuya and Yuki Inoue portray the twins Patch and Noin, who are connected to the White Pegasus Corporation. Chiwa Saito plays Nancy, the outspoken counselor at the marriage consultation office visited by the protagonist Taro. Finally, Tomomichi Nishimura voices Rock, the owner of Café Rock, a relaxation spot for the magazine's staff.

The new promotional video offers a glimpse into the secrets of the Mo Continent, home of the Mo-Talians, and showcases scenes of the conflict over the Mo Parts and Taro's transformation into a mysterious beastman. The video features the opening theme "OverScientific!" performed by Takahiro Ishii (as Taro), Kazuomi Yamamoto (as Jiro), Yusuke Shirai (as Saburo), and Junichi Toki (as Goro).

"Delusional Monthly Magazine" is set in Moest City in an unspecified country. The story unfolds as the peaceful editorial office of the science magazine becomes entangled in inexplicable scientific phenomena, starting with the visit of the scientist Goro, who claims to have groundbreaking news that could rewrite world history.
