On the official website of "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos the Movie," the two-part anime adaptation of the final "Shadow Galactica" arc of Naoko Takeuchi's iconic Sailor Moon manga, the clean opening sequence for the films has recently been made available. The newly revealed sequence features a new version of the opening song "Moonlight Densetsu" (Moonlight Legend), familiar to fans from the 1992 Sailor Moon anime.

Saori Hayami, Marina Inoue, and Ayane Sakura lend their voices to the characters Taiki Kō/Sailor Star Maker, Seiya Kō/Sailor Star Fighter, and Yaten Kō/Sailor Star Healer, respectively. Nana Mizuki, Megumi Hayashibara, and Kotono Mitsuishi voice the characters Princess Kakyū, Sailor Galaxia, and Chibi Chibi, contributing to the diverse cast of voices in the film.
