From the released video, it is clear that Takahiko Kyōgoku returns as the director of the anime alongside its writer Jukki Hanada. Additionally, the series will premiere on July 11, 2021.



About the story:

Yuigaoka Girls High School is a newly established school located between the Tokyo neighborhoods of Omotesando, Harajuku, and Aoyama.

The story revolves around the first group of students. With no history, no upperclassmen or alumni, and no reputation, it is a school full of unknowns. Five girls, including Kanon Shibuya, have a fateful encounter with school idols. Kanon decides: "I love singing. I want to make an impact with my voice!" Many emotions collide with a star that has just begun to rise.

The future is blank and full of possibilities for these girls, and their story, which anyone can shape, has only just begun. Spread your wings and rise, our Love Live!
