Reiji Kawashima will lend his voice to the character Amano, a shaman who belongs to a race known as "Feather" and resembles small animals. He lives in a remote village, where he writes stories and longs for a peaceful life. On the other hand, Rie Takahashi will voice Akira, a female street elf with long ears. She is battle-hardened, skilled with a large sword, and believes in living authentically in harmony with nature.

In addition to Amano and Akira, the trailer also introduces characters voiced by Sekai Ishikawa and Hina Yano. Ishikawa's character Haga is a member of a secret investigative group called "King's Seekers." Alongside a girl named Nicola, voiced by Yano, they are on a mission to repair a world that has gone awry.

The story takes place in an unfinished yet fully immersive VR game. Haga and Nicola continue their journey to fix the crumbling world. The original story is currently being serialized in Comic DAYS, and the anime is set to release in spring 2024.
