An exciting development for fans of heartfelt anime romances: "Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You 3rd Season" will be available exclusively on Netflix starting in August. Based on Karuho Shiina's manga, the series promises a deeper look into the evolving relationship between Sawako Kuronuma and Shota Kazehaya.

The announcement was accompanied by the release of a visually stunning key visual and the first promotional video. The key visual shows Sawako, Kazehaya, and their friends walking by the sea, hinting at the experiences and personal relationships that will be explored. The promotional video offers a glimpse into the couple's new dynamic, building anticipation among the audience.

"Kimi ni Todoke" is renowned for its heartfelt portrayal of the relationship between Sawako Kuronuma, a high school girl misunderstood due to her long black hair and resemblance to the horror character Sadako, and Shota Kazehaya, a charismatic classmate admired by everyone. The story, originally serialized in Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret and completed in 30 volumes, returns with the original voice actors Mamiko Noto as Sawako and Daisuke Namikawa as Kazehaya, under the direction of Production I.G.

The third season marks a significant milestone, as it arrives 13 years after the second season aired in 2011.
