"Reincarnation no Hanabira": Preview Images for the First Episode – Tōya Reaches for Forbidden Power (with Video)

Preview images have been released for the first episode of the TV anime series "Reincarnation no Hanabira". The episode is titled "Those Who Scatter the Petals" ("Hanabira o chirasu monotachi"). The story revolves around the protagonist Tōya Ōjidera, who has always been compared to his talented brother and suffers from an inferiority complex. He embarks on a dangerous path to make his own talent blossom. In the first episode, Tōya meets the new student Kairo Luo Buffet, who has already awakened her talent through the "Branch of Reincarnation"—which grants her the abilities of past lives. However, this branch is a double-edged sword: it can revive the talents of great figures as well as those of criminals. When Tōya witnesses the battle between Kairo and a deranged serial killer, he too, driven by a desire for talent, reaches for that forbidden power. A web preview video for the first episode has also been released.

The series will begin airing on April 2, 2026, on channels including TOKYO MX, BS Nittele, and AT-X. Main roles are voiced by Shōya Chiba, Wakana Maruoka, Ayane Sakura, and many others. Directed by Shun Kutō, with animation production by BENTEN Film.
