On the official website of the anime adaptation of the manga "Migi & Dali" by Nami Sano, important announcements were made on Sunday. Seven additional main cast members were revealed, along with the premiere date for the series. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 2.

The newly announced cast includes Kotono Mitsuishi as Yōko Sonoyama, Takashi Matsuyama as Osamu Sonoyama, Sumire Morohoshi as Metry, Kimiko Saitō as Micchan, Romi Park as Reiko Ichijō, Tokuyoshi Kawashima as Akira Ichijō, and Akira Sekine as Karen Ichijō. They join the previously announced cast featuring Shun Horie as Migi, Ayumu Murase as Dali, Shintarō Asanuma as Shunpei Akiyama, Shunsuke Takeuchi as Maruta Tsutsumi, and Kengo Kawanishi as Eiji Ichijō.

The anime is directed by Mankyū, who is also in charge of the series scripts and serves as sound director. Animation production is handled by Geek Toys in collaboration with CompTown. Character designs are by Ayumi Nishibata, who also oversees animation, while Hiroko Sebu is responsible for music composition. Additional staff includes assistant director Mamoru Enomoto, art director Risa Wakabayashi, and cinematographer Mika Watanabe.

The opening song "Yūmagadoki" is performed by a new group consisting of singer-songwriter Soraru and singer Rib.
