Kadokawa's anime adaptation of Akira Amano's manga "Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective" has revealed a second teaser image as well as two new cast members, Yōko Hikasa and Taku Yashiro. The upcoming anime is set to premiere in October.

In the anime, Hikasa will voice the character Amamiya, while Yashiro will take on the role of Spitz Feier. The previously announced main cast includes Yōhei Azakami as Ron Kamonohashi, who holds the title role, and Junya Enoki as Totomaru "Toto" Ishiki.

Behind the scenes, Shōta Ihata is in the director's chair at diomedéa. The series scripts are supervised by Wataru Watari, while the character designs are adapted for animation by Masakazu Ishikawa. The music composition for the anime is handled by Yo Tsuji at Kadokawa, and the opening song "Ikenai fool logic" is performed by Unison Square Garden.

The story of "Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective" revolves around the eccentric private detective Ron Kamonohashi and the kind-hearted but somewhat dim-witted police detective Totomaru Ishiki. The two form an unlikely partnership to solve the most intricate mysteries.
