RTL II announced in its press lounge that the series Blue Dragon has been canceled effective immediately. The 52-episode series had only been airing for about 3 weeks at 3:15 PM. According to RTL II spokesperson Frank Nette, however, the series is set to continue next year. As a temporary replacement, the third season of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX will be rerun.

The new animated series Pucca will also be discontinued after just one week, with Digimon Data Squad taking its place at 12:35 PM. However, the series will return with double episodes starting November 24, but only in the morning lineup at 5:10 AM.

Additionally, RTL II plans to air One Piece again starting December 18 at 3:40 PM (beginning with episode 263) after the conclusion of the new Naruto season.
