The TV anime adaptation "Saijo no Osewa: Takane no Hanadarake na Meimonkou de, Gakuin Ichi no Ojousama (Seikatsu Nouryoku Kaimu) wo Kagenagara Osewa suru Koto ni Narimashita," announced for July 2026, has revealed two additional voice actresses and a new key visual. The romantic comedy revolves around the perfect aristocratic daughter Hinako Konohana and the poor high school student Itsuki Tomonari, who becomes her secret caretaker. Itsuki is voiced by Yuuto Uemura, and Hinako by Konomi Kohara.

New additions include Saori Oonishi as Mirei Tennouji, a daughter from another prestigious family who sees Hinako as a rival, and Rio Tsuchiya as Narika Miyakojima, Itsuki's childhood friend from his time as a lodger at her family's home. Oonishi describes her character as a proud and accomplished young lady who also shows age-appropriate girlish sides. Tsuchiya emphasizes that she wants to convincingly portray Narika's athleticism, as the character is physically active in several scenes.

The anime series is being produced under the direction of Shuusei Morishita at Studio Brain's Base, with series composition by Aya Yoshinaga and character design by Hisashi Kawashima. The music is composed by Natsumi Tabuchi, Kanako Nakamura, and Hanae Nakamura. The premiere is scheduled for July 2026.
