Sakamoto Days - Episode 6

The contract killer Heisuke Mashimo plans to kill Taro to improve his reputation and visits him at the store. Taro successfully disguises himself as an uninvolved employee, while Shin and Lu suggest a paintball competition to raise money for store repairs. Heisuke, who doesn’t recognize Taro’s identity, later accidentally joins Shin and Taro in the tournament. During the match, Lu accidentally reveals Taro’s true identity, prompting Heisuke to attack him.

In the skirmish, Heisuke uses his sniper skills, lightly injures Taro, and is established through flashbacks as a failed ex-agent who sees Taro’s bounty as an opportunity. Shin uses his telepathic talent to reveal Heisuke’s position, leading Taro to disarm him. The team wins the tournament, uses the prize money for repairs, and confronts Heisuke, who admits his defeat.

In a final flashback, Taro’s first encounter with Aoi is shown: she helps him after an injury, while Shin provokes Taro’s anger by reading his thoughts. The episode ends with Aoi’s stunned reaction to the inexplicable interaction.
