Sakamoto Days will be released on Netflix in January 2025

Netflix has released an announcement video for the highly anticipated anime adaptation of Yuuto Suzuki's manga Sakamoto Days, which is set to premiere in January 2025. At the same time, the series will also be broadcast on Japanese television.

Tomokazu Sugita voices the main character Taro Sakamoto, a former hitman who has turned into a humble shop owner. The voice cast also includes:

- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Shin Asakura, a clairvoyant and former colleague of Sakamoto during his time as a hitman.

- Ayane Sakura as Lu Shaotang, a Tai Chi expert and former member of the mafia

- Nao Tōyama as Aoi Sakamoto, Taro's wife

- Ryōta Suzuki as Heisuke Mashimo, a sniper with the unique ability to shoot with ricocheting bullets.
