Sazanami Sōshi ni Junketsu o Sasagu anime is scheduled to premiere in March and April

The official website for the anime adaptation of Aki Murakami's manga Sazanami Sōshi ni Shojo o Sasagu Saa, Jikkuri Medemashō ka (I Give My Virginity to Soushi Sazanami. Shall We Take Our Time to Love?) has released a promotional video featuring the anime's theme song, "Virgin Moonlight." Yoshiki Nakajima, the voice actor of the main character Soushi Sazanami, will perform the theme song in-character and also serve as the narrator for the video.

The anime's first episode will premiere in March on the AnimeFesta service, followed by streaming on YouTube and Niconico on April 2. A more explicit premium version will be available exclusively on AnimeFesta, while the on-air version will be streamed for free on all platforms.
The cast for the on-air version includes Yoshiki Nakajima as Soushi Sazanami, Saho Shirasu as Nagisa Amami, Daiki Hamano as Tomo Hinata, and Shūji Inozuki as Shibata. In the premium version, Dai Kuki voices Soushi Sazanami, Satomi Miura plays Nagisa Amami, Tetsu Watake portrays Tomo Hinata, and Kōta Mashiro takes on the role of Shibata.
Sanae Nagi directed the anime at Studio Hōkiboshi, with Eeyo Kurosaki handling the scripts. Katsuyuki Sato designed the characters and served as chief animation director alongside Seiya Misawa, Kazuya Shiroda, Binme, and Rena Nasu. Hiromi Nishiyama was in charge of sound at Studio Mausu.
The manga, which launched in March 2021 on the Comic Cmoa website, follows 26-year-old virgin office worker Nagisa as she enters a relationship with yakuza member Sazanami after a chance encounter during a trip. Suiseisha published the manga's first volume in February 2022, with the third volume set for release on March 17.
