Second course of anime Sugar Apple Fairy Tale starts in July

The team behind the TV anime adaptation of Miri Mikawa and aki's Sugar Apple Fairy Tale light novel series has announced that the second cour of the anime will premiere in July, following the completion of the first cour.



The cast includes Yuka Nukui as Anne Halford, Masaaki Mizunaka as Shalle Fen Shalle, Rie Takahashi as Mythril Lid Pod, Tomoaki Maeno as Hugh Mercury, Takuma Terashima as Cat, Reiji Kawashima as Jonas Anders, and Yūto Uemura as Keith Powell.

Youhei Suzuki directs at J.C. Staff, Seishi Minakami is in charge of series composition, and Haruko Iizuka designs the characters for animation. Hinako Tsubakiyama composes the music, and Flying Dog handles music production. The opening theme, Musical, is performed by Minori Suzuki, while Sumire Morohoshi sings the ending theme, Kanaeru (To Grant).

The story is set in a world where fairies are bought and sold, and humans and fairies share an uneasy relationship.
