The official website for the TV anime of Hirotsugu Ryusen's light novel series She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man (Kenja no Deshi o Nanoru Kenja) released the second promotional video for the anime yesterday. The 90-second clip features the protagonist Mira muttering "I'm cute," and introduces two new main characters: Solomon and Luminaria.



The anime is produced by Studio A-CAT and is set to premiere in January 2022.

Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed the light novel series in English and describes the story as follows:

Sakamori Kagami was one of the top players in the VRMMO Ark Earth Online as Danblf, a veteran summoner with the gravitas befitting his elite status. One day, after falling asleep while playing, he finds himself transported to a world where the game is reality—but instead of his all-powerful avatar, he’s stuck in the body of a cute young girl!
