The eagerly anticipated second season of the dark fantasy novel series "Goblin Slayer" by Kumo Kagyu is making its way to the small screen. The official website recently released the first promotional video for the new season, titled "Goblin Slayer II." Additionally, the platform announced that Mili and Yuki Nakashima are set to perform the opening and ending themes, titled "Entertainment" and "Kasumi no Mukō e" (To the Other Side of the Mist), respectively.

The cast, which includes talents such as Yuichiro Umehara, Yui Ogura, Nao Tōyama, and Yuka Iguchi, returns to lend their voices to the series' diverse characters.

The new season is directed by Misato Takada under the production of LIDEN FILMS, with Takaharu Ozaki serving as the chief director. Hideyuki Kurata continues to handle the series composition, while Hiromi Kato takes charge of character design. Kenichiro Suehiro returns from the first season to compose the music once again.

The first season of "Goblin Slayer" premiered in Japan in October 2018. Following this, the anime film "Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown" was released in Japan in February 2020.
