Second Season of "Yūsha Party wo Tsuihōsareta Kiyō Binbō" Announced – Mysterious Girl Appears

The production of a second season of the TV anime series "Yūsha Party wo Tsuihōsareta Kiyō Binbō" (roughly translated as "The Versatile but Poor Banished from the Hero Party") has been officially confirmed. To coincide with this, the production team released a new visual and a promotional video.

The visual shows a mysterious girl standing in the light of sunbeams filtering through the trees. The PV, in turn, gives a taste of the new challenges that protagonist Orn and his companions will have to face, and raises hopes for further developments.

The author of the original work, Miyako Kamiki, expressed excitement: "I didn't expect that we could actually deliver a continuation. I am surprised and very happy. In the second season, the girl in the kimono, who was only seen from behind at the end of the twelfth episode, will also play a role in the story. And perhaps there will even be a direct confrontation between Orn and Oliver …?" Character designer Yuri Kisaragi and the artist of the manga adaptation, Yonezou, also contributed illustrations for the anniversary.

"Yūsha Party wo Tsuihōsareta Kiyō Binbō" is an isekai fantasy that begins the moment the hero Orn is mocked by his companions for his "jack-of-all-trades-but-master-of-none" talent and expelled from the group. Orn is voiced by Takeo Ōtsuka in the anime adaptation.
