The team behind the new anime Urusei Yatsura released a new promotional trailer on Thursday. The video not only features previously unseen footage but also previews the series' first opening and ending themes. The opening is titled "aiue feat. Minami, SAKURAmoti" and the ending "Tokyo Shandy Rendezvous feat. KAF, Tsumiki", both performed by the band MAISONdes.

Additionally, more cast members were revealed. The new additions include roles for the parents of Ataru Moroboshi and Lum, the series' main characters. Toshio Furukawa and Keiko Toda will voice Ataru's father and mother, respectively, while Lum's father and mother will be voiced by Rikiya Koyama and Fumi Hirano.
